Wander into a world of flowers, fragrance, and botanical artistry. Students will forage for natural treasures, press blooms, create botanical keepsakes, design floral crowns and bouquets, craft custom fragrances, and participate in a garden-inspired editorial photo session. Filled with beauty, creativity, and hands-on making, this workshop celebrates the artistry found in the natural world.

THE GREAT CAKE CAMP

Baking, building, and decorating cakes with skill and style

Learn the art of cake design as we bake, stack, frost, and decorate a beautiful three-layer cake from scratch. Throughout the week, students will develop real pastry arts skills while exploring the techniques behind bakery-worthy creations.

We'll begin with baking our own vanilla cake layers before learning how to level, fill, stack, crumb coat, and frost a cake with confidence. Students will explore buttercream flavors and color palettes, practice professional piping techniques, and experiment with a variety of decorating styles—from vintage piping and floral designs to modern textures, sprinkles, and elegant finishing details.

Along the way, we'll learn the value of patience, perseverance, creativity, and craftsmanship as we transform simple ingredients into something truly special. Students will have opportunities to develop their own design vision while building the skills and confidence to bring it to life.

Each student will complete and take home a stunning 6-inch, three-layer cake.
