Send your teens and children for this fun baking class this Friday, with 10% off of tuition for siblings! We'll talk about the bread making process and the science behind the thick, crispy crust and the soft interior, then students will make a delicious butter candle (with herbs or not) in a reusable candle vessel to keep, plus our favorite honey butter with a secret ingredient😉 AND fresh berry jam. Each student will make and shape dough for their own large rustic boule and will get to take it with them, ready to be baked immediately that evening or the next morning, filling your home with our favorite fresh-baked-bread aroma! We'll bake some extra loaves here and then assemble them with the butter candles to enjoy during class.

TAFFY PULL Workshop this weekend! Truly, one of our most popular and favorite workshops! We'll talk about the taffy making process and the science behind it, as well as the purpose of each ingredient. Students will add the ingredients and cook the recipe in small groups, and each student will pull their own taffy, then cut and wrap it. We'll start with a basic recipe and then a second one with flavor and color options (no-chemical dyes available). Students will leave with their bags of taffy to eat, share, and gift. Success!! Our last Beautiful Baking and Desserts workshop was a hit. This was not baking for babies!😂 The three “teams” each made white chocolate raspberry tarts, incredibly rich cocoa crème desserts, and crunchy cinnamon vanilla almonds. I love watching siblings, friends, and strangers have a great time working together…this program is so rewarding for me!
